Less. Than. A. Month.

Soon. The race is soon.
Some workouts are ok. Last week's 10 mile run and 55 mile bike went well. (Actually the run went fantastically well and the bike just went.) But the race distances seem long. The weather on race day all of a sudden seems scarily uncertain. The logistics of getting there seem complicated. My bike needs work. My feet/shins need new shoes. I don't know what to wear. Waaaaannnnnnhhhhhh!

TODAY I LOVE: that my kids are all home together for Fall Break!

It's amazing all the folks doing B2B2B this year.

My only recommendation is to get the bike work done earlier. I try to have at least one, if not two long rides after any long ride before any race. Just want to make sure nay new issues surface before the big day.

Keep it up!

I am thinking of heading down to B2B to cheer everyone on. It is almost here. You are ready.

Breathe in. Breathe out. Repeat. :)

It does seem like a long way, but once you get off the bike, its just a half marathon :-)

I agree with Lisa Slow and Steady. Breathe in , Breath out. You will be fine. Remember it is supposed to be fun!
I also agree with Rainmaker - if your bike needs work do it now and then ride on it to make sure all is good.

I felt the same way in the weeks leading up to Silverman.

You will be fine!!! I also endorse Lisa's advice: Breathe . . . .

Can't wait to cheer you girls on from afar!

Best wishes for your race.

You know, I have not even given any serious thought to what the weather might be at B2B. I need figure out what to wear there too.

And, yes, I agree that you should get your bike worked early so you can make sure it's set for the race. Less mechanical stress, the better!
