I did all of my push ups yesterday (Day 2) and even though they were very hard at the time, my arms are less sore than my knees today. (Key piece of information: I am doing the "modified" push ups for our push up challenge.) Also? Our oldest is turning 18 today! Eighteen! We've only gotten to have him live with us full-time for the past year and he's still in school - so it's not like we're pushing him out of the nest any time soon. Still. Eighteen. It's a big deal!

good job with the pushups. many times i've been tempted to switch to modified ones, but i'm sticking with the 'boy' ones even though my progress is slow...

You and I have alot in common-my son isn't 18 but he's 17....and I do pushups on my knees as well!!
