Reading, Writing, 'Rithmatic

Finally! I have finished catching up on the hundreds and hundreds (and hundreds!) of posts I missed when I was away from blogland! Now all I have to do is finish writing the chapter I was supposed to finish last week and grade the stack of seventh grade math papers I told Donna I'd help her with. I'm actually looking forward to grading the papers because a) I don't have to do it everyday and b) Donna gave me a purple glitter gel pen to grade with (it's the little things) and c) it's a great excuse to sit on the couch with Sports Center in the background replaying highlights of last night's game. (Go Titans!!)

Ha ha! I'm laughing cause if Donna asked me to help grade papers she would need to tutor me first, for hours!

Seriously.

7th and 8th grade were terrible math years for me. Simply heinous.

Ooh, I want a glitter pen!! Green, please :-)

Yay Titans!!! I'm glad your team is doing well. When the Cowboys blow it in the playoffs (if they make it) I'll root for those Titans, too :)

Yes, I used to teach and agree that having a fun pen does make grading lots more fun. Just don't go too crazy with it ;-)
