Today. Can't move. Way too tard to moddle. Thought I was eating well. Plenty. Mostly good stuff. Now not sure. If not calorie deficit, then what? Can sinus things zap this much for this long? So tard. I slump.

So Tard!

Sinus issues zap me hard! And I don't swim just run and sometimes I just don't have the energy to get out because of the crap in my sinus'! Those damn things!!! I always say listen to your body!!! It will tell you when you need a break! It's really helped me so far!

I agree with Southbay Girl, sinus' can really zap you. In fact, I'm going through that right now. My run tonight SUUUCKKKED and I'm sure it's because I'm coming off a sinus problem. I am just so worn out even though I haven't done much running at all this week. I supposed it's all those white blood cells still in my body. Hope they're gone by Saturday.
One tip that may work for you is to monitor your resting heartrate. Take your pulse first thing in the morning before you get out of bed. Keep a record of what you measure for about a week or two and you should see a good average. After that, if at anytime you see an increase above your average it means your body is fighting something and you should take it easy. I find this is a good way of getting an early warning on any problems before they become an all out sickness or injury.
The other cool thing is that, as you continue to improve your fitness, you will see your heartrate decrease meaning you're in better shape!
Yep, sinus stuff makes me feel like I just want to ball up and sleep. Take your rest when your body tells you. It really does know what is best.
